How to upload photos on Instagram via PC, laptop or Mac [WORK] - Uploading photos or Stories on Instagram via an Android smartphone and iPhone can indeed be done easily. But unfortunately if you want to upload photos on Instagram via a PC or Mac, you will have a little trouble.

Because Instagram doesn't have a special application for PC or Mac. In addition, the Instagram site also has very limited features and cannot be used to upload photos.

But take it easy, it turns out there is a way to upload photos on Instagram through the Google Chrome browser from a PC. Although not "official" and a little complicated, you can use this method without the need to download and install emulators or other additional applications.

The following is a way to upload photos on Instagram via a PC

1. Open Instagram on Google Chrome

Open the Google Chrome browser on your computer or laptop. Then enter the Instagram site and log in as usual.

2. Open the Inspector Tool

On the front page of Instagram, right-click anywhere and select the Inspect Element menu, or you can also use the key combination Ctrl + Shift + I.  After that, the Inspector Tool will open and divide your browser screen in two, with your Instagram account on the left side and a row of codes on the right side of the screen. Ignore all the codes and look for icons that are shaped like tablets and smartphones on the upper left side of the Inspector screen. Click the tablet and smartphone icon, after that your Instagram display will change to like an application on a smartphone.

3. Set the "Application" Instagram

After you click on the icon, the Instagram site in the browser looks like the appearance of an application on a smartphone. Then look at the top of the Instagram icon and look for a column that says Responsive. Click this column and different models of smartphones or tablets will appear. You can choose a smartphone at random or choose the smartphone model that is closest to your device.

4. Upload Photos As Usual

After that, you can upload photos on Instagram in the same way as you upload via a smartphone. Look for the + sign on the bottom center of the screen. If it's not there, try refreshing the page again. After the + icon is clicked, you can choose the photo you want to upload through Windows Explorer. After selecting a photo photo, you can edit it by adding filters or rotating photos. Then you can add captions, locations and tag your friends and click Share to upload photos to your Instagram feed.
