How to Use AirPlay Mirroring on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch - You certainly already know about the AirPlay Mirroring feature on Apple TV? By using this feature, your iOS or Mac device can connect to Apple TV without using a cable, aka Scara Wireless. There are so many uses of this AirPlay Mirroring, one of which can be used to do percatation or just entertainment such as playing games or the other using LCD projectors that can be directly connected to Apple TV, so you don't need to be complicated in arranging Display Cables.
To activate this feature is actually very easy, for the first thing that must be prepared is the Internet Connection then Apple TV and of course the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, besides that you can also use a Mac. For how you can follow the steps below:
- Connect your iOS device to Apple TV using Wireles on the same network
- Then, on the iPad's home screen. display the Control Center by swiping from the bottom up. then press AirPlay then choose the name Apple TV.
- Next on the projector screen or LCD that is already connected to Apple TV will display the Authentication Password that you need to enter on the iPad.
- Enter the code in the AirPlay Passcode pad iPad window. This code or password you do not have to remember or note, because later you will be sent a different code from Apple TV when you connect it again another day.
- Once connected, you can directly choose Mirroring, so images can appear on the Projector screen or LCD like on the iPad screen.
- If you do not select Mirroring, then later Apple TV can only display images when you open photos in Camera Roll, Play Video or other Applications.
As mentioned above, that AirPlay Mirroring is not only used on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. But it can also support Mac devices that have used the latest Mountain Lion OS.
